Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using ezitech.org and the basis on which Ezitech provides software development, design, marketing and training services. Please read them before you engage us.
1.Agreement
By using ezitech.org, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Ezitech for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
Where we sign a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal with you, that document governs the specific engagement. These terms fill in anything it does not cover; if the two conflict, the signed document wins.
2.About Ezitech
Ezitech is a software house and training institute based at Office #304-B, Amna Plaza, Main Peshawar Rd, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan, registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board. We provide custom software development, web and mobile development, SaaS and ERP builds, AI solutions, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and paid training programmes and internships.
3.Using this website
You may browse the site, download material we make publicly available, and contact us. You may not:
- Copy, republish or resell our content, designs, code samples or course material without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Introduce malware, run automated scraping that degrades the service, or interfere with other users.
- Use the site to send spam, or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.
- Use our name, logo or client work to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
We may suspend access to the site for anyone who breaches these rules.
4.Quotations and proposals
- A quote is prepared free of charge and is an estimate based on the information you give us. It is not a binding offer until both sides sign a proposal or you make the first payment.
- Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.
- The scope in the proposal is what we have agreed to build. Anything outside it is a change request and may affect price and timeline.
- Timelines assume you provide content, feedback, approvals and access when we ask for them. Delays on your side move the delivery date.
5.Fees and payment
- Fees, milestones and the payment schedule are set out in the proposal or invoice for your project.
- Unless agreed otherwise, an advance is payable before work starts, and remaining milestones are invoiced as they are reached.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to the account named on the invoice. Bank charges are borne by the payer.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes and government levies, which are added where applicable.
- Invoices are due within the period stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, licences, paid tools and app-store fees are yours unless the proposal says we cover them.
6.Training programmes and internships
- Course fees are payable in advance. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
- Access to recordings, material and student groups is personal to you. Sharing logins or redistributing course content ends your access without refund.
- Because access is granted immediately and the material is digital, fees are non-refundable once course access has been issued, except where the law requires otherwise. If something goes wrong, contact us and we look at genuine problems case by case.
- We do not guarantee income, employment or client work. Our programmes teach skills and methods; results depend on your own effort, practice and market conditions.
- We may update, reschedule or improve course material. Where a change is material, enrolled students are told in advance.
7.Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete information and timely feedback.
- Make sure you own, or are licensed to use, any content, data, logos or material you send us.
- Provide the access we need (hosting, domains, accounts, APIs) and keep your own credentials secure.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business and to the product we build for you.
8.Intellectual property
The ezitech.org website, its design, text, graphics and course material remain the property of Ezitech and its licensors.
For client projects: on receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables we build specifically for you transfers to you. Until then, all rights remain with Ezitech. This transfer does not cover third-party components, open-source libraries, or our own pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which remain ours and which we license to you for use within the delivered product.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may describe the work at a high level in our portfolio and case studies. We will not publish confidential details or your data.
9.Confidentiality
Each side agrees to keep the other’s confidential information private, use it only for the engagement, and protect it with reasonable care. This obligation continues after the project ends. We will sign your NDA, or provide ours, on request, ideally before you share anything sensitive.
10.Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by suitably experienced people. Unless the proposal states a longer period, we will fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge, provided the defect is not caused by changes made by you or a third party.
Beyond that, the website and our services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is complete or current, or that any particular commercial result will follow from our work.
11.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ezitech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, even if we were advised such loss was possible.
Our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
12.Termination
Either side may end an engagement by giving written notice. On termination you pay for work completed and costs committed up to that date, and we hand over the deliverables produced so far once that payment is settled. We may suspend or end services immediately if fees remain unpaid after notice, or if these terms are seriously breached.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Rawalpindi/Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to either side’s right to seek urgent relief elsewhere. Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
14.Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top. Changes do not affect an engagement already agreed in writing unless both sides accept them.
15.Contact us
