    Questions people ask us first

    Is the quote really free?
    Yes. Scoping your requirement, asking follow-up questions and preparing the written proposal costs you nothing. We only invoice once you approve the proposal and the project starts.
    How long until I hear back?
    One working day for a first response, and two to three working days for the full written quote on a normal-sized project. Large or unusual builds can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you upfront if that’s the case.
    What should I include in my message?
    What the software needs to do, who will use it, roughly when you need it live, and any budget range you have. If you have a document, wireframe, or a link to something similar, mention it, and we’ll ask you to send it across.
    Will you sign an NDA?
    Yes, on request and before you share anything sensitive. Ask for it in your message and we’ll send our standard NDA, or sign yours.
    Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
    We do. Ezitech is registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board and works with overseas clients regularly, with meetings scheduled around your timezone and invoicing in your currency.
    Is there a minimum project size?
    No hard minimum. We take on everything from a single landing page to multi-month ERP builds. If your requirement is genuinely too small for us to add value, we’ll say so rather than sell you something.
    What happens after I approve the quote?
    We assign the team, agree milestones and a payment schedule, and set up a shared channel so you can see progress. You get working builds throughout, not one big reveal at the end.
