Courses that run themselves, learners you can actually see
Ezitech LMS hosts your content, tracks who is genuinely learning, marks what can be marked automatically and issues certificates that verify: whether you sell courses, train staff or run an accredited programme.
- Video, live class and SCORM in one place
- Automatic marking and certification
- Sell courses or train your own people
Used by training institutes, universities, corporate L&D teams and independent course creators
Uploading videos isn’t training. Knowing who learned is.
Most platforms solve distribution in a weekend. The expensive problems all start after the learner logs in.
Enrolment gets mistaken for success
A thousand sign-ups, and no idea how many finished, where they gave up, or whether anything at all changed in their work afterwards.
Marking eats the trainer’s week
Assignments arrive by email, get marked in a document, and feedback reaches the learner long after the lesson has gone cold and the moment has passed.
Compliance can’t be proved
When a client or an auditor asks who completed what and when, the answer gets assembled from attendance sheets, email threads and hope.
Content, assessment and evidence in one system.
Ezitech LMS holds your courses, tracks every lesson and attempt against a learner record, marks automatically what can be marked automatically, and produces completion evidence an auditor, a client or a board will accept. Without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet on the side.
Nine modules covering delivery, assessment and proof
Publish your first course with three of them. The rest matter as cohorts, certification and revenue grow.

Three things that separate a course platform from a training system
Anything can host a video. These three decide whether the training produces a result you can point to.
You find out where learners give up: while you can still fix it
A completion rate is a scoreboard, not a diagnosis. Ezitech shows the exact lesson where a cohort exits, how long they spent before leaving and which learners have gone quiet. Early enough to intervene rather than to explain afterwards.
Marking that finishes before the learner logs off
Objective questions mark themselves the moment a paper is submitted, drawn randomly from a bank so no two attempts are identical. Written work goes to a rubric, which keeps feedback consistent whichever tutor marks it and whichever week it lands in.
Completion you can hand to an auditor
Every attempt, watch session, download and pass is recorded against a named learner with a timestamp. Certificates carry a verification code anyone can check, expire when the qualification does, and trigger renewal reminders before the lapse rather than after it.
Training stops being something you deliver and starts being something you can measure.
Four changes training teams report first, measured against the same programme run the old way.
How a programme goes live
The build is rarely the long pole. Getting your existing material into a shape that teaches well usually is, so we start there.
Curriculum review
We look at what you teach today in whatever form it exists, and decide what should become video, reading, live class or assessment.
3 to 5 daysStructure & branding
Course architecture, cohorts, roles, certificate design, and your own domain and branding applied end to end.
1 weekContent load & build
Existing material migrated, question banks built, quizzes and rubrics configured, live sessions and payments connected.
2 to 4 weeksPilot cohort
One real cohort runs end to end including assessment and certification, and we fix whatever the learners actually trip over.
2 to 3 weeksLaunch & scale
Remaining courses published, tutors trained, and support held through your first full certification cycle.
OngoingTypical timeline: 4 to 8 weeks to a live first cohort. Recording or reworking course content is usually the longest step, and it runs in parallel with the build rather than before it.
Configured for what you are actually trying to prove
Selling a course, training your own staff and certifying a professional are three different problems wearing the same interface.
Training Institutes
Paid courses, batch scheduling, instalment plans, and certificates a learner can actually show an employer.
Corporate L&D
Mandatory training assigned by department, manager dashboards, and completion records that survive an audit.
Professional Bodies
Accredited programmes, CPD hour tracking, verifiable certification and managed re-certification cycles.
Course Creators
Sell worldwide with subscriptions and bundles on your own domain, rather than a marketplace that owns your audience.
Universities & Colleges
Blended delivery alongside classroom teaching, semester cohorts, and integration with your student records system.
Regulated Industries
Healthcare, safety and financial training where proof of completion carries legal and contractual weight.
It should sit inside your stack, not beside it
Learners sign in with the credentials they already have, live classes run on the platform your tutors already use, and completion data flows back to HR instead of living in a separate report.
Ask about a specific integrationYour content is the asset. It should behave like one.
Paid material that becomes a shared file by week two was never really sold.
Cloud or on-premise
Hosted by us, on your own cloud account, or inside your network where policy requires learner data to stay in the building.
Role-based access
Learners, tutors, managers and administrators each see one slice. A department manager sees their own team and nothing beyond it.
Content protection
Streamed video with signed, expiring URLs, per-learner watermarking, download control and device limits per account.
Backups & recovery
Automated backups with tested restores, covering both your content library and every learner’s progress record.
Pick the scope. We’ll price it in writing.
Pricing follows learner numbers, how much content needs migrating, and whether you’re selling courses or training staff, so we quote after seeing the curriculum.

Questions we get on the first call
Yes. Courses can be sold individually, as bundles or on a subscription, with coupons, instalment plans and local payment gateways. Access is granted automatically on payment and revoked on refund or non-payment of an instalment, so nobody has to manage enrolment by hand.
Video streams adaptively and drops quality rather than stalling, and lessons can be downloaded for offline viewing on mobile, with progress syncing when the learner reconnects. For programmes in areas with poor connectivity we usually recommend leaning on downloadable lessons and scheduled live sessions rather than live-only delivery.
Yes. Video, documents and slide material migrate directly; SCORM and xAPI packages from another LMS import as they are. Content currently trapped in a format that doesn’t travel well gets flagged during the curriculum review, with an honest estimate of what rebuilding it costs.
It doesn’t pretend to. Objective questions (multiple choice, true or false, matching, numeric) are graded instantly. Written and uploaded work goes to a human against a rubric you define, which keeps marking consistent between tutors, and the system tracks who has marked what and what remains outstanding.
Yes, and only their own team. A department manager sees assigned training, completion status and outstanding items for their direct reports, with no visibility of other departments. Administrators see everything; learners see themselves.
Each certificate carries a unique code and a public verification page, so an employer or regulator can confirm it independently without contacting you. Certificates can carry expiry dates, and renewal reminders are sent to the learner and their manager ahead of the lapse.
Yes. The full system can be deployed on your infrastructure or a private cloud where policy requires learner data to stay inside your network. The software is identical; only hosting and backup responsibilities change.
A hypercare period with the team that built it, through your first full cohort and first certification run. The two points where real questions surface. After that you move onto a support agreement with defined response times and a change request process for new courses and features.
Bring us the course that loses people
Pick the programme where enrolment is healthy and completion isn’t. We’ll show you where the drop-off actually sits and what the system does about it, in 30 minutes.
