Ezitech Internship Fee and Refund Policy

Short answer: the Ezitech internship is a fee-based, 3-month programme. Interns in Pakistan pay a one-time Programme Fee of PKR 5,000 for the full three months. The fee covers mentors, supervision, tools and certification. It does not buy a certificate or a job. If the programme is not what we describe, you get a full refund within the first 7 days.
Is the Ezitech internship paid or free?
It is neither free nor stipend-paid. It is a structured training internship with a Programme Fee, and interns do not receive a stipend. You work on live client projects from our delivery team, and a named mentor reviews your work every week.
How much does it cost?

Why does Ezitech charge a fee for an internship?
Because we pay people to teach you. At many companies a free internship means unpaid work with little teaching. Our programme gives every intern a weekly review from a working engineer, designer or marketer, an AI supervisor on the portal for questions between reviews, lab space in Rawalpindi, and verifiable documents at the end. Those cost money every month, and the Programme Fee covers them.
Approximate split of the fee:
- Mentors and supervisors: 45%
- Lab, tools and software licences: 20%
- AI supervisor and portal: 15%
- Programme management and support: 12%
- Certification and documents: 8%
What does the fee include?
- Work on live client projects, which you are allowed to show in your portfolio
- A weekly review from a named human mentor
- A 24/7 AI supervisor on the intern portal that escalates to a person when it cannot help
- A certificate and experience letter, both with a QR code that employers can verify on portal.ezitech.org
- A deployed portfolio project with a live URL, a CV rewrite and a mock technical interview
- Optional lab access in Rawalpindi
What the fee does not buy
- A certificate without the work. Certificates are issued only to interns who complete their tasks, and every task is listed on the intern’s public profile.
- A job. Some interns are hired, including by Ezitech, but that depends on the intern’s work.
Refund policy
Within 7 days of your start date, message us on WhatsApp (+92 345 5555396) or email info@ezitech.org with your intern ID. We refund the full Programme Fee to the account you paid from within 5 working days. There is no form to fill in. After day 7 the fee is non-refundable, because your mentor slot and project have been allocated.
How to pay safely
Payment details come only from Ezitech’s official WhatsApp business number, +92 345 5555396, and the same details are shown inside the intern portal. In Pakistan you can pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. International interns pay by card. You receive an invoice. Never pay anyone who contacts you from a personal number claiming to be Ezitech.
Is Ezitech a registered company?
Yes. Ezitech Software House was founded in 2015, is registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and has an NTN with FBR. The office is at Office #304-B, Amna Plaza, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi, and you can visit it. Ezitech has signed internship MoUs with NUML, Ibadat International University, AntonX, SevenSol and Tak Devs. The full list is on our partners page.
What about negative reviews online?
Some former interns have written online that the programme felt like a paid course, or that they did not expect a fee. We would rather you know the fee before you join than after.
