One system of record for finance, inventory and operations
Ezitech builds ERP that fits the way your business already runs. Modular, cloud or on-premise, migrated from your existing files, and live in weeks, not years.
- Phased, module-by-module rollout
- Data migration included
- Training & post-launch support
Built for manufacturers, distributors, retail chains & contractors
Companies don’t outgrow ERP. They outgrow spreadsheets.
Past roughly 30 to 40 people, the files stop agreeing with each other. Here is what that looks like on the ground, and what a single database fixes.
The numbers never agree
Sales keeps one sheet, the store keeps another, accounts keeps a third. Month-end turns into a negotiation about whose file is right instead of a report you can act on.
Nobody can see stock live
Purchasing over-orders because it can’t see what’s on the floor. Sales oversells because it can’t see what’s committed. Cash sits still in the warehouse.
Reporting is a person, not a system
One person rebuilds the same report every week by hand. They go on leave and the business goes blind, and the numbers are already stale when they land.
One database. One set of numbers. Every department.
Ezitech ERP puts finance, stock, purchasing, production, sales and HR on the same record. A goods receipt updates the ledger, the stock position and the supplier balance in the same instant. With a permission model and an audit trail behind every entry.
Nine modules. Start with two, add the rest when you’re ready.
Every module shares one database and one permission model, so nothing has to be re-keyed and nothing drifts apart.

Three things that change the week after go-live
Every ERP claims a feature list. These are the three that people notice within days of switching over.
Every location, one stock position
Stock updates the moment a receipt, issue, transfer or sale is posted, not at close of day, and not after someone remembers to update the sheet. Sales sees what’s free to promise, purchasing sees what’s already on the way, and finance sees what it’s all worth.
A month-end that runs on a checklist, not on heroics
Because every document posts to the ledger as it happens, close stops being a reconstruction exercise. The system tells you what is still open, who owns it, and what is blocking the books, so the close is a review, not a rebuild.
Approvals that match your org chart, not a vendor’s
Spend limits, discount ceilings and credit exceptions are enforced where the decision is made. Every approval is time-stamped against a named user, so an audit is a search rather than a hunt through WhatsApp.
The difference isn’t the software. It’s what your week looks like after.
Four shifts our clients report first. Measured against how the same work ran before the rollout.
How a rollout actually runs
A fixed, five-stage path with a named project manager, a written blueprint you sign off before we build, and a go-live date agreed at the start.
Discovery
We sit with each department and map how work moves today: documents, approvals, the reports you actually use.
1 to 2 weeksBlueprint
Module scope, chart of accounts, data model, integrations and the go-live plan. Written down and signed off before a line is built.
1 weekBuild & configure
Modules configured to the blueprint, custom workflows and reports developed, shown to you in fortnightly demos.
4 to 8 weeksMigrate & test
Chart of accounts, item master, customers, suppliers and opening balances migrated. Your team tests against real cases, not samples.
2 to 3 weeksGo-live & support
Phased cutover with on-site or remote hypercare, then a named support line under an agreed SLA.
OngoingTypical timeline: 8 to 16 weeks depending on module scope and the state of your existing data. Finance and Inventory alone can be live in around six.
Configured for how your sector actually works
The same core, different defaults: costing method, document flow, compliance rules and the reports that matter to your board.
Manufacturing
BOM-driven costing, work orders against real capacity, scrap and yield per batch, and true cost per unit produced.
Distribution & Wholesale
Multi-warehouse stock, tiered price lists, credit control at order entry, van sales and route-wise profitability.
Retail Chains
POS-to-ERP sync, branch-wise P&L, inter-store transfers, promotions and shrinkage tracking across outlets.
Construction & Contracting
Job costing against BOQ, subcontractor bills, retention money, milestone billing and site-wise material control.
Pharma & FMCG
Batch and expiry control, FEFO picking, recall traceability, distributor schemes and secondary sales visibility.
Services & Agencies
Timesheet-driven costing, retainer and milestone invoicing, utilisation by person and profitability by client.
It has to talk to everything else you run
Your ERP is only a single source of truth if the other systems feed it. We connect the ones you already use, and expose a documented REST API for anything we haven’t listed.
Ask about a specific integrationYour data, on your terms
Host it with us, on your own cloud account, or on a server inside your building. The controls are the same either way.
Cloud or on-premise
AWS, Azure, your own VPS, or a server in your office. Migrate between them later without a rebuild.
Role-based access
Permissions down to the field and the branch. People see the records their job requires, and nothing else.
Audit trail & encryption
Every change logged with user and timestamp. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with optional 2FA and SSO.
Backups & recovery
Automated scheduled backups with tested restores and a documented recovery procedure, not just a cron job.
Pick the scope. We’ll price it in writing.
ERP pricing depends on modules, users and how much of your data needs cleaning, so we quote after the discovery call, not before. Here’s how the three common scopes compare.

Questions we get on the first call
Most rollouts run 8 to 16 weeks from kick-off to go-live. The variables are module scope and the state of your existing data. A clean item master shortens things considerably. If you need to move fast, we go live on Finance and Inventory first, usually in around six weeks, then add modules in phases.
Yes, and most clients do. Every module sits on the same database, so adding Manufacturing or HR later is a configuration and training exercise, not a second implementation. Nothing has to be migrated twice.
Yes. Chart of accounts, item master, customers, suppliers, price lists and opening balances are migrated as part of the project, with a reconciliation you sign off before go-live. Where the source data is inconsistent, we flag it during discovery so cleaning is scoped rather than discovered late.
Both are supported and the software is identical. Cloud suits most businesses: no hardware, automatic backups, access from any branch. On-premise makes sense where connectivity is unreliable or a policy requires data to stay inside the building. You can move between them later.
Document layouts, approval rules, fields, workflows and reports are configurable without code. Anything beyond that (a costing method specific to your industry, a custom module, an unusual integration), we build, and it is documented and handed over with the rest of the system.
Yes. Sales tax, withholding and statutory reporting are handled at transaction level, with e-invoicing integration where your filing requires it. Multi-currency covers transaction, reporting and consolidation currencies with revaluation at period end.
A hypercare period with the same team that built the system, on-site or remote, while your people settle in. After that you move onto a support agreement with defined response times, a named engineer, and a change request process for new requirements.
You do. Your data is yours and exportable at any time, and the licence to your build is transferred to you on final delivery. We do not charge per transaction and we do not hold your records hostage if you ever move on.
