1.Who we are

Ezitech is a software house and training institute based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). In this policy, “Ezitech”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ezitech; “you” means anyone who visits ezitech.org or contacts us through it.

We are the party responsible for the personal information described below. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiry and quote forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Course and bootcamp enrolment: your name, contact details, and payment confirmation details (such as a bank transfer screenshot) that you send us to confirm a seat.
• Job and internship applications: your CV, education and employment history, and any other information you choose to include.
• Direct correspondence: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls between you and our team.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen size.
• Usage data: the pages you view, how long you stay, what you click, and the site or search that referred you.

3.How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or proposal.
• To deliver the services, software or training you have engaged us for, and to support you afterwards.
• To give you access to course material, class recordings and student groups where you have enrolled.
• To assess job and internship applications.
• To send service-related messages such as project updates, invoices and delivery notes.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve its content, speed and structure.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and PSEB compliance, and to respond to lawful requests.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on the performance of a contract when we deliver work you have commissioned, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business for the rest. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

4.Cookies and analytics

ezitech.org uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember basic preferences, speed up page loading, and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics (connected through Google Site Kit) to see aggregate visitor numbers and behaviour, not to identify you personally.

5.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists. We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us operate: web hosting, email delivery, analytics, and cloud storage. They may only process the data to provide that service to us.
• Our own team, limited to the people who need it to answer you or deliver your project.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information or need to protect our rights, property or safety.
• A successor entity, if Ezitech is ever merged with or acquired by another company, in which case this policy continues to apply until replaced.

Some of our providers operate outside Pakistan, so your information may be stored or processed abroad. We take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to the standard described here.

6.How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and project records: for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting and warranty obligations require.
• Student records: for as long as you hold access to the course material.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
• Analytics data: retained in aggregate form according to Google Analytics settings.

7.How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data, client files and hosting accounts is restricted to authorised staff and protected by passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication. Our team is instructed to treat client material as confidential, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell affected people promptly if a breach materially affects their information.

8.Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop using it for a particular purpose, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Email info@ezitech.org with your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.

9.Children

Our services are intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10.Links to other sites

Our pages link to external sites, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and the PSEB website. Once you leave ezitech.org, this policy no longer applies. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use ezitech.org after a change means you accept the updated policy.
