Admissions to result cards, one record per child
Ezitech School Management runs admissions, attendance, timetables, fees, exams and parent communication on one system, so the office stops chasing registers and starts answering questions.
- Defaulter list current every morning
- Parents notified automatically
- One campus or a whole network
Running in single campuses, school networks, academies and colleges
The information already exists. It’s spread across forty registers and one overworked clerk.
Every school collects this data already. The cost isn’t collection. It’s how long it takes to answer a simple question about it.
Fees get chased, not managed
The defaulter list is rebuilt by hand each month. By the time it’s ready it’s already wrong, and the follow-up call goes to a parent who paid last week.
Attendance lives in a book on a shelf
A parent asks why their child was marked absent in March. Answering means finding the right register, the right page, and a teacher who still remembers.
Results season stops the school
Marks arrive on loose sheets, get typed twice and totalled by hand. One transcription slip becomes a very difficult conversation with a parent.
One record per student, from the admission form to the leaving certificate.
Attendance marked on a phone during the period updates the parent’s message, the monthly register and the fee-linked reports in the same moment. Admission, attendance, fees, marks, conduct and communication all sit against one student record, so the office answers in seconds what used to take an afternoon.
Nine modules that cover the office, the classroom and the parent
Start with admissions, attendance and fees. Add timetabling, transport and payroll as the campus grows into them.

Three things that decide whether the office actually gets its week back
Every school system stores the same data. These three are where the administrative hours are won or lost.
A defaulter list that is never out of date
Vouchers are generated per class with concessions already applied, payments post automatically from the bank statement file or the payment gateway, and the defaulter list recalculates itself overnight. The office stops rebuilding a spreadsheet and starts making the calls that matter.
Marked in class, known at home before lunch
Teachers mark on a phone during the period, or the biometric device does it at the gate. Parents get an absence message the same morning instead of a monthly summary, and the register an inspector asks for prints itself from the same data.
Marks entered once, and only once
Subject teachers enter marks against a validated sheet, and the system refuses a mark above the paper total before it can be saved. Weighting, grading and totals are calculated rather than typed, and result cards, position lists and progress trends all come out of a single run.
The school doesn’t change. How long it takes to run it does.
Four changes principals and administrators report first, measured against the same term a year earlier.
How a campus goes live
We start in your admin office during an ordinary week, because that is where the real process lives.
Campus study
We sit with the admin office, the accounts clerk and two class teachers to see how the school actually runs a normal week.
3 to 5 daysStructure setup
Classes, sections, subjects, fee heads, grading schemes and staff roles configured to your school rather than a generic template.
1 weekData migration
Student records, historical fees and staff data imported from your registers or existing software, then reconciled with the office.
1 to 2 weeksParallel term
One grade or campus runs live alongside your current method until fees, attendance and marks agree on both sides.
2 to 4 weeksRollout & training
Every section live, teachers trained on the mobile app, parents onboarded, with support held through the first exam cycle.
OngoingThe best time to start is the month before a new term. Mid-term rollouts work, but a term boundary makes both data migration and parent onboarding considerably cleaner.
Configured for the kind of institution you actually run
A boarding school, a tuition academy and a college share almost nothing beyond the word “student”.
Private Schools
Single campus, K-12 structures, board and in-house examinations, and a fee cycle the office can finally control.
School Networks
Central policy with campus-level autonomy, comparable reporting across branches, and consolidated fee and enrolment visibility.
Academies & Tuition Centres
Batch-based scheduling, session-wise fees, short courses, and attendance tied directly to what gets billed.
Colleges & Higher Secondary
Semester structures, elective subject selection, credit-based grading and transcript generation.
Boarding Schools
Hostel allocation, in-out registers, mess billing and guardian communication running alongside the academic record.
Montessori & Early Years
Simplified attendance, observation-style progress notes, and the heavier parent communication these years demand.
It has to work with the bank, the devices and the phones parents already have
Fee vouchers reconcile against your bank’s statement file, attendance can come from the biometric machine at your gate, and parents receive messages on the number they already use.
Ask about a specific integrationChildren’s records deserve more care than most business data
Access is narrow by default, and every look at a student record is attributable.
Cloud or on-premise
Hosted by us, or on a server inside the campus if your board or trust requires the data to stay on site.
Role-based access
A class teacher sees their own sections. Accounts sees fees but not marks. A parent sees only their own child.
Child data protection
Records encrypted in transit and at rest, photographs held under restricted permission, and every access logged.
Backups & recovery
Automated backups with tested restores, so a failed server never costs you a term’s records.
Pick the scope. We’ll price it in writing.
Pricing follows student count, campus count and how much historical data needs migrating, so we quote after seeing the office, not from a brochure.

You own your students’ data and the licence to your build. It exports in full at any time, and we charge nothing per student per month.
Questions we get on the first call
That depends entirely on how much work it saves them, which is why marking attendance takes about ten seconds on a phone and marks entry is a single validated sheet rather than a form per student. We train on the campus during teaching hours and stay through the first exam cycle, because the first result run is where adoption is won or lost.
No. Everything important reaches parents by SMS, which works on any handset in any language you configure. The mobile app and WhatsApp messages are additions for parents who want them (homework, result cards, fee vouchers and photographs), not a requirement for the ones who don’t.
Almost certainly. Fee heads per class, sibling and staff-child concessions, merit and need-based scholarships, transport and hostel charges, arrears carried forward, instalment plans and part payments are all standard. Unusual structures are configured during setup rather than treated as customisation.
Board schemes and in-house systems are both supported, including weighted internal and final assessment, subject-wise pass criteria, optional and elective subjects, grace marks policy and position calculation rules. The grading scheme is configured per class, so a primary section and an O-Level section can differ.
Current students, staff, fee history and outstanding balances are migrated as part of the project, from spreadsheets, existing software or registers. Older archives are usually better left where they are: we import what you will actually query, and tell you honestly which historical data isn’t worth the cost of migrating.
Yes. Each campus keeps its own students, staff, fee structure and timetable, while the trust or head office sees consolidated enrolment, collection and performance across all of them. Campus principals see their own campus only, unless you decide otherwise.
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and narrow by default, and every view of a student record is logged. Photographs and contact details sit under separate permission. If your trust requires data to stay inside the campus, the whole system can run on your own server.
A hypercare period with the team that built the system, through your first fee cycle and first examination run. The two moments when questions actually arise. After that you move onto a support agreement with defined response times and a named engineer.
Bring us your worst week of the term
Fee week, exam week, or the day the board asks for a register from two years ago. We’ll run that exact week inside the system on a 30-minute call.
