SEO that keeps working after the invoice is paid

Nobody can sell you a ranking. What can be sold is a site Google is able to read, pages that answer what people actually type, and a business listing that appears when somebody nearby is ready to buy. We do that work, show you the numbers behind it, and tell you when an idea is not worth your money.

  • Every change logged, so you can see what moved the numbers
  • No guaranteed rankings, because nobody can honestly guarantee one
  • The work stays on your site, not on an agency dashboard

The problem

Three reasons a site with decent content still gets no traffic

Each one is visible in a free Google tool before anybody spends a rupee. If an agency has not shown you these, they have not looked.

01

You rank for words nobody searches

Ranking first for a phrase with twenty searches a month feels like success and earns nothing. The words your customers actually type are usually longer, more specific, and less flattering to your brand than the ones on your homepage.

02

Google can reach it but cannot place it

Duplicate titles, no internal links, a sitemap listing pages that redirect, five pages competing for one phrase. The crawler arrives, finds nothing clear to file, and moves on to somebody else.

03

The page answers a question nobody asked

Written for the company rather than the reader. Somebody searching how much a thing costs does not want your company history. They want the number, or an honest explanation of why there is a range.

What you receive

Work you can point at, not a monthly fee and a vague report

Keyword and intent research

The phrases worth chasing, what the person typing them actually wants, and which ones you have a realistic chance at given who already ranks. Delivered as a sheet you keep, mapped to the page that should answer each one.

Technical audit and the fixes

Crawl, index coverage, page speed, mobile layout, structured data, redirects, broken links, duplicate titles. Not just a list of problems. The fixes go in, and each one is recorded with the date it went live.

On page work

Titles and meta descriptions written for the click, headings that follow a real structure, internal links between pages that belong together, and copy edited so the answer comes before the sales pitch.

Local presence

Google Business Profile set up properly, categories and service areas correct, photos, hours, and a review process your staff will actually follow. For most businesses in Pakistan this is the fastest return in the whole engagement.

A content plan

What to publish, in what order, and why, with each item tied to a search somebody is already making. If your team writes, we brief them. If they do not, we write it.

Monthly reporting

Clicks, impressions, positions and which pages earned them, straight from Search Console. Plus what we changed that month and what we plan next. One page, in plain language.

How it runs

Foundations first, content second, because the order matters

1

Audit, weeks 1 and 2

We take read access to Search Console and Analytics, crawl the site, and compare what is indexed against what should be. You get the findings whether or not you continue with us, because it is your data.

2

Fix the foundations, weeks 3 to 6

Redirects, titles, speed, mobile layout, sitemap, structured data. Unglamorous and finite. This is also where indexing problems get resolved, which is often the entire reason traffic was flat.

3

Content and authority, month two onward

Publishing against the plan, improving pages already sitting on page two, and earning mentions from places genuinely relevant to your industry. Slower, and the part that compounds.

4

Measure and adjust, every month

Some pages will do better than expected and some will do nothing at all. We move effort toward what is working and tell you plainly which ideas did not pay off.

Worth knowing

Four things worth hearing before you sign with anyone

Including us. If a proposal contradicts any of these, ask the person why.

A guaranteed ranking is a guaranteed warning sign

Google does not sell placement in organic results and does not publish the formula. Guarantees are either for phrases so obscure that ranking is meaningless, or they stop being guarantees once you read the contract.

Technical SEO runs out, content does not

There is a fixed amount of technical work on any site, and after a few months it is done. An agency charging the same monthly fee in year two should be able to show you exactly what they are still doing.

Local search is the fastest win here

For a business serving Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad, a properly set up Business Profile with real photos and steady reviews usually brings calls before any blog post does, and it costs almost nothing to maintain.

Bulk backlinks are a liability

Packages offering hundreds of links for a few thousand rupees place those links on sites built for exactly that purpose. At best they do nothing. At worst you spend the next year trying to disown them.

Questions

What clients ask before starting

How much does SEO cost in Pakistan?

A one off audit with the fixes applied typically runs 80,000 to 200,000 PKR depending on site size. Ongoing work is usually 60,000 to 250,000 PKR a month, driven mostly by how much content is being produced. Ecommerce with thousands of products sits above that.

How long before I see results?

Indexing and technical fixes can show within weeks. Ranking movement on competitive phrases takes three to six months, and longer on a new domain. Anybody promising page one in thirty days is describing paid ads, not SEO.

Do you guarantee first page?

No. We tell you before starting which phrases look realistic, which look hard, and which are not worth attempting, and you can hold us to that assessment.

Can you work on a site you did not build?

Yes, and most of our SEO work is exactly that. We need admin access, or a developer who can apply changes. If the platform makes basic SEO impossible we will say so early rather than bill you for fighting it.

What happens if we stop?

The site keeps the technical fixes, the content and the rankings it earned. Traffic usually holds for a while, then drifts as competitors keep publishing. Nothing gets switched off, because none of it was rented.
