Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Ezitech Software House (“Ezitech”, “we”) collects when you use Ezitech Global at ezitech.org/global, why we collect it, and your rights. Ezitech is the data controller.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, country, and password (stored encrypted).
- Learning data: the projects you submit, AI mentor feedback, progress, scores and certificates.
- Purchase data: what you bought and when. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us; we never see your full card number.
- Communication data: emails or messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
2. Why we use it

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Platform:
- Paddle.com – our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, taxes, invoices and refunds (Paddle privacy policy).
- Anthropic – provides the AI model that reviews your submissions. Submission text is sent through its API to generate feedback and is not used by Anthropic to train its models.
- Hosting and email providers – store the website and send emails on our behalf.
- Analytics – Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We may also share data if the law requires it.
4. Public certificates and portfolios
Each certificate has a verification page showing your name, the program and the completion date, so employers can check it. Your project portfolio is public only if you choose to make it public.
5. International transfers
Ezitech is based in Pakistan, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and learning data while your account is active and for up to 2 years after your last activity. Certificate verification records are kept so certificates stay verifiable. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run checkout. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email info@ezitech.org and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Ezitech Global is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords and restricted staff access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
