These Terms govern your use of Ezitech Global, the online virtual internship platform at ezitech.org/global (“the Platform”), run by Ezitech Software House, Office #304-B, Amna Plaza, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan (“Ezitech”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Ezitech Global provides self-paced, online virtual internships: structured, project-based learning programs. Each program contains weekly project briefs, an AI mentor that reviews your submissions and gives written feedback, and a verifiable certificate of completion.

A virtual internship is an educational program. It is not employment, it is not a paid job, and it does not create an employer–employee relationship with Ezitech or any company named in a project brief. We do not guarantee a job, interview, visa outcome or income.

2. Products and prices

  • Single virtual internship – USD 30, one-time payment, for one track.
  • All-Tracks Virtual Internship Bundle – USD 79, one-time payment, for all current tracks plus a LinkedIn profile review.
  • All-Access Membership – USD 12 per month, renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country. One-time purchases give you access to the purchased program for 12 months from the purchase date.

3. Payments – Paddle is our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

4. Refunds and cancellation

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

5. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
  • Give accurate information, keep your password private, and do not share your account. One account is for one person.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Your work and academic honesty

  • You keep ownership of the work you submit. You give us permission to store and process it to provide feedback, issue certificates and, only if you opt in, show it in a public portfolio.
  • Submissions must be your own work. You may use AI tools as a helper where a brief allows it, but copying another person’s work or submitting work you did not do is not allowed.
  • We may withhold or withdraw a certificate if a submission is plagiarised or the account was used dishonestly.

7. AI mentor feedback

Feedback on submissions is generated by an AI system and reviewed by Ezitech supervisors for final projects. AI feedback is guidance for learning. It may sometimes be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional, legal or career advice.

8. Certificates

A certificate confirms that you completed the projects of an Ezitech Global virtual internship. Each certificate has a public verification page. A certificate is issued by Ezitech Software House and is not an accredited academic degree or a professional licence.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Platform. For example: do not resell or publicly share course materials, try to break or overload the system, scrape content, upload malware, or harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

10. Our content

Project briefs, rubrics, videos and other materials on the Platform belong to Ezitech. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

11. Changes and availability

We keep improving programs, so content may change over time. We aim to keep the Platform available but cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions. If we make important changes to these Terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Platform is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
