Ezitech’s attendance system for employees works with your own biometric attendance machine and turns each punch into late, absent and leave records, then into payroll. It is part of our HR and payroll software: ready plans cost Rs 3,000 to Rs 7,000 per branch a month, and a custom system starts at Rs 3 lakh.

We do not sell attendance machines. You buy the device, or keep the one you already have, and we check its model before you pay so we know it can share its records with the software. We are a software house in Rawalpindi, founded in 2015 and registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board. We work with clients across Pakistan over WhatsApp and Google Meet, and the scope, price and delivery date are confirmed in writing before you pay.

What the biometric attendance software does

• Brings in punches from your device, so nobody types attendance in again from a register.
• Shifts: shift timings, grace minutes, half days and night shifts that cross midnight.
• Marks each day as present, late, early leaving, absent or on leave, using your own rules.
• Leave: annual, casual and sick leave balances, with requests approved by the right manager.
• Missed punches corrected with a manager’s approval instead of by editing a spreadsheet.
• Monthly attendance sheets per employee, department and branch.
• Payroll: attendance flows into salary, with absence and late deductions as per your policy, loans and statutory deductions.

Attendance machine price in Pakistan

Attendance machine prices vary by type and brand. The price depends on whether it reads fingerprints, faces or cards, how many employees it can store, and whether it connects over a network, Wi-Fi or only by USB. Machines are bought from hardware suppliers, so get current quotes from two or three of them.

Listed prices start at about Rs 11,000. When we checked on 2 November 2026, the Pakistani online store Powerhouse Express listed attendance machines from Rs 11,440 to Rs 88,440, although every model showed as out of stock that day. Prices and stock change often, so get a current quote. Before you buy, send us the model you are considering on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether our software can work with it.

Fingerprint, face or card: choosing a device

• Fingerprint: common in offices and shops, but it can struggle with worn or dirty fingers on factory and site staff.
• Face recognition: no contact with the machine, and harder for one employee to punch in for another.
• Card: quick at a busy gate, but a card can be handed to a colleague, and every employee needs one.

Whatever you choose, check four things: that the device can share its records with software, that it stores enough employees, that the supplier gives local after-sales support, and that it has power backup. For staff who work at client sites or on the road, a fixed machine does not work. Tell us how they work and we will suggest an approach in the scope.

Attendance system for employees

Offices, shops, factories, hospitals and security companies all lose time to manual registers: late arrivals argued over at month end, leave balances kept in someone’s head and salary sheets typed again from attendance. With the attendance system linked to payroll, the month closes from the same records the device collected.

Each branch can have its own device, and each branch is one branch on the ready plan. If your shift or pay rules do not fit a ready plan, we build them as custom software.

Attendance system for schools

Schools usually need two kinds of attendance. Teacher and staff attendance works like any office: a device at the gate, shifts, leave and payroll. Student attendance is part of our school management system, with attendance and parent alerts alongside admissions, fees and results.

Do you sell biometric attendance machines?

No. You buy the machine from a hardware supplier, or use the one you already have. We provide the attendance software and check your device model first, so we know it can work with it.
