POS software for retail shops in Pakistan
Ezitech’s POS software for retail shops costs Rs 3,000 to Rs 7,000 per branch per month, or a one-time package from Rs 35,000, and runs on the Windows PC or Android terminal you already have. It covers barcode billing, live stock per outlet, transfers between branches, discounts, shift cash-up and a day-close report on WhatsApp.
It suits kiryana and general stores, supermarkets, clothing and shoe shops, pharmacies and small chains. We are a software house in Rawalpindi, founded in 2015 and registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board. We work with businesses across Pakistan: most meetings happen on WhatsApp or Google Meet, and the scope, price and delivery date are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Running the POS on your PC
Ezitech Cloud POS runs in the browser, so a standard Windows PC or Android terminal is enough. It works with common thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, weighing scales and customer displays. Before you commit, we list which of your devices can be reused and what needs replacing.
It needs a working internet connection to bill, so plan a reliable connection and a UPS at each counter. Our POS price guide puts the hardware for one counter at 60,000 to 200,000 PKR in the market; these are market ranges, not our prices.
Sales tax and FBR
Tax is applied at item level and invoices use tax invoice layouts. FBR POS integration is a legal duty for Tier-1 retailers, such as chain stores and shops in air-conditioned malls. If that may apply to you, read our FBR POS integration guide and ask us about the current FBR status of our POS before you buy.
How we set up your shop
- Free call: counters, branches, items and how you bill today.
- Items loaded: item list, barcodes, prices and opening stock imported from Excel, an old POS export or a printed list.
- Hardware set up: printers, scanners and cash drawers configured.
- Go live and training: cashiers trained at the counter. A single shop can be running in 2 to 3 days once the item list is ready.

Questions about POS software for retail shops
How much is POS software for a retail shop?
Our ready POS costs Rs 3,000 to Rs 7,000 per branch per month, depending on modules, or a one-time package from Rs 35,000. A custom POS starts at Rs 3 lakh. Hardware is extra, and we reuse what you already have where it is serviceable.
Can I use the POS software on my PC or laptop?
Yes. Ezitech Cloud POS runs in the browser on a standard Windows PC or an Android terminal, and works with common thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, weighing scales and customer displays.
Does it work without an internet connection?
No. Ezitech Cloud POS needs a working internet connection to bill. If your connection drops often, tell us before you buy and we will say honestly whether it is the right fit for your shop.
What hardware do I need and what does it cost?
One counter usually needs a PC or tablet, a thermal receipt printer, a barcode scanner, a cash drawer and a UPS. Our POS price guide puts this hardware at 60,000 to 200,000 PKR per counter in the market, depending on entry-level or commercial-grade equipment.
Is it suitable for a kiryana or general store?
Yes. Fast barcode billing, weighed items, credit accounts for regular customers and low-stock alerts cover most of what a kiryana or general store needs, and a single shop can be set up in 2 to 3 days once the item list is ready.
Do I need FBR integration for my shop?
FBR POS integration is a legal requirement for Tier-1 retailers, such as chain stores and shops in air-conditioned malls. Read our FBR POS integration guide for the rules, confirm your status with your tax adviser, and ask us about the current FBR status of our POS before you buy.
