The work

Vue is easy to start and easy to make a mess of

Reactivity is forgiving until it is not. Review focuses on where state lives, what belongs in a composable, and why your computed is recalculating on every keystroke.

  • 1You get a Figma file and a real API to build against
  • 2You split the UI into components and composables
  • 3Your mentor reviews reactivity and store boundaries
  • 4You test, measure and deploy

Weeks 1 to 3 cover JavaScript and Vue fundamentals from zero.

src/composables/useCart.ts
// Week 6: one composable, no duplicated cart logic
export function useCart() {
  const store = useCartStore();

  const subtotal = computed(() =>
    store.items.reduce((n, i) => n + i.price * i.qty, 0));

  const shipping = computed(() =>
    subtotal.value > 5000 ? 0: 250);

  async function add(id: string, qty = 1) {
    await store.add(id, qty); // optimistic in the store
    toast.success("Added to cart");
  }

  return { items: storeToRefs(store).items, subtotal, shipping, add };
}
Skills

Eight things you will actually be able to do

01

JavaScript and TypeScript

The language underneath, plus typing components and composables.

02

Components and templates

Props, emits, slots, and composing an interface from small pieces.

03

Composition API

ref, reactive, computed, watch, lifecycle and writing reusable composables.

04

Pinia state

Stores, actions, getters and drawing the line between store and component state.

05

Vue Router

Nested routes, guards, lazy loading and protected areas.

06

Forms and validation

Two-way binding, validation libraries and error handling that helps the user.

07

Testing

Vitest and Vue Test Utils, testing behaviour rather than internals.

08

Performance and build

Reactivity cost, lazy routes, bundle budgets and Vite production builds.

Curriculum

The 12-week plan

Four phases. Each one ends in a deliverable that is reviewed and graded before the next opens.

JavaScript and Vue

The language first, then the framework.

  • Modern JavaScript: modules, async, destructuring
  • Vue components, templates, props, emits, slots
  • Reactivity: ref, reactive, computed, watch
  • Vite, npm and pull request workflow
Deliverable

A set of reusable Vue components built from a Figma file, with typed props and emits.

The capstone

Every intern ships one real Vue interface

You build the front end for a live Ezitech brief (a storefront, a booking flow, an internal dashboard), against a real API with real authentication.

  • A typed Vue 3 codebase using the Composition API
  • Pinia state, routing, guards and forms
  • Tested, measured and deployed

The Ezitech model

What every Ezitech intern gets

Three things that make this different from a course you watch on a screen.

Live client briefs

You work on real Ezitech projects with real deadlines and real revision rounds, not recycled practice exercises.

A mentor, not a playlist

Weekly reviews with someone who does this work for a living, plus a team of interns around you to build with.

Portfolio and experience letter

You finish with shipped work you are allowed to show and a letter that says exactly what you delivered.

And you leave with
  • Verified certificate

    Issued by Ezitech Institute and verifiable by employers.

  • Experience letter

    On company letterhead, stating exactly what you delivered.

  • A deployed interface

    A live Vue application with tests and a public repository.

  • Interview preparation

    CV rewrite, portfolio case study and a technical mock interview.

  • A route into the team

    Top performers are considered first for paid junior roles.

  • Confidence in review

    Twelve weeks of defending your own work to a senior practitioner.

Built for you if

  • You are an undergraduate or fresh graduate in CS, IT or SE
  • You know basic programming logic in any language
  • You want a framework that is quick to become productive in
  • You are targeting product or agency front-end roles

Not a fit if

  • You want a certificate without doing the work
  • You cannot give 25 hours a week for 12 weeks
  • You are looking for a purely theoretical course
  • You want to skip review and work alone

Questions people ask

Everything applicants email us about, answered before you apply.

Still not sure?

Talk to the admissions team before you commit twelve weeks.

Contact Ezitech
Is Vue worth learning when React has more jobs?
React has more listings; Vue has fewer strong candidates per listing, which is not the disadvantage it sounds like. Vue is also heavily used in agency work, in Laravel-adjacent teams and across Asian markets, and the concepts transfer to React quickly if you switch later.
How many hours a week does it take?
A minimum of 25 hours across 12 weeks, split between onsite sessions, mentor reviews and independent work. Interns who treat it as full-time finish with noticeably stronger portfolios.
Is it remote or onsite?
Hybrid. Onsite days run at the Ezitech office in Rawalpindi; the rest of the week is remote with scheduled check-ins. Candidates outside Rawalpindi and Islamabad can complete the track fully remotely if they attend the weekly review calls.
Options API or Composition API?
The Composition API, which is what new Vue 3 codebases use and what this track teaches. The Options API is covered briefly so you can read older code, but you will not be writing it.
Can final-year students apply?
Yes, and many do. The capstone is regularly used as a final-year project because it is built from a real brief with real requirements. Agree the scope with your mentor in week one if your university has a set submission format.
How do I apply?
Register on the Ezitech intern portal, choose the Vue JS track, and complete the three-step form with your education details and CV. Shortlisted candidates get a short screening call before the intake starts.
